To be honestIwas sceptical about ordering but decided to give it a try anyway. USPS lost my order but once I notified Fire & Ice about the issue. They worked diligently and not only resolved the issue within hours, they also sent out a rather unnecessary but greatly appreciated care package for my inconvenience. The coffee is great and I will continue to order all my Coffee from Fire & Ice for the foreseeable future.
