Subscription Policy
Welcome to the Fire & Ice Coffee Company subscription service! Our goal is to keep your pantry stocked with fresh roasted COFFEE. By signing up, you agree to the following terms:
1. How It Works:
- Recurring Orders: You will be charged per order based on the delivery frequency you selected (e.g., every 2, 3, or 4 weeks).
- Automatic Billing: Your preferred payment method will be charged automatically on the day your order is processed.
2. Full Flexibility: Pause, Skip, or Cancel
We want your coffee experience to be stress-free. You have full control over your subscription through your Customer Account:
- Pause: Need a break? You can pause your subscription indefinitely and resume whenever you're ready.
- Skip: If you still have plenty of COFFEE, you can skip your next scheduled delivery at any time before the billing date.
- Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time without any hidden fees or penalties.
Note on Deadlines: To avoid being charged for your next shipment, any skips, pauses, or cancellations must be completed at least [24/48] hours before your scheduled billing date.
3. Customizing Your Subscription
To ensure the highest level of accuracy in our roasting and fulfillment process, we do not currently offer a "swap" feature within an active subscription.
- How to make changes: If you would like to change your coffee selection (e.g., switching from a light roast to a dark roast) or change your grind type, simply cancel your existing subscription and start a new one with your updated preferences.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Roasting & Shipping: At Fire & Ice, we prioritize freshness. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of successful payment.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct in your Customer Account. Fire & Ice Coffee Company is not responsible for shipments sent to an outdated address provided in the customer profile.
